How To Cancel a booking.

If you need to cancel a booking please go to your confirmation e mail. on this e mail is a link that can be clicked to cancel or amend a booking.

You will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email.

Cancellations are subject to the individual hotels cancellation policy which is clearly stated on the hotel's information page. Please note a cancellation charge may be applied by the hotel, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation, these charges can be seen on the hotels cancellation policy.

Bookings and Payment

Your credit card details are taken and used to secure your booking, this information is used by the Hotel to guarantee your bookings. No payment is taken by ourselves, and generally payment for your room(s) is made upon checkout.
